WATT pipe prefabrication machine batch process pipe end prefabrication.it is applicable to bevel and face the pipe end with Elevating Conveyors for Centering, suitable for various materials such as carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, etc. It can process single V, double V, J, U type bevels and realizes two pipe ends beveled by elevating & turning-round carriage, which can turn in 180 degree in 30 seconds to bevel and face another pipe end.. It use global CNC program.and the beveling shape controlled by program. High speed Bevel pipe, Auto-center hydraulic clamping system.main machine auto-up/down system to suit different diameter pipes to use, suitable for bevel processing of all kinds of carbon steels, stainless steels, alloy steels, etc.
